How to make good facebook page ??




Steps :-
1. Be consistent. Post every single day. Whether you post once, or ten times, is truly up to you. Regardless of how many times you choose to post, be consistent with it.
2. Reply to people. Most pages never reply to people. Replying to people makes your readers feel more involved in what you do.
3. Reward your readers. Featuring a "reader of the month" is a good idea to give back, as well as give people a motive to read.
4. Use other social media accounts. If your Twitter or Tumblr is popular, why not promote your Facebook on there?
5. Use Facebook social plugins on your website. If you have a website, you can integrate Facebook social plugins to encourage connections. These plugins include (but are not limited to) Facebook’s like box, like button, and comment section.
6. Remind your readers to like and share. Try to encourage your readers to like and share whenever you can. Reminding your readers to like and share in every single post can come off as obnoxious, however. Avoid saying this too much.
7. Ask friends to help. Starting off a new page can be hard if your expectations are to make the page famous (or even if they aren't). Ask friends who support your page to help in whatever way they can.
8. Use tagging and acknowledgments. Even tagging a popular business, person, or page can drive in readers. Make sure to only do this when fit. Tagging a random page when the post has nothing to do with that page can be a little off.
9. Set up page events. Page events can be a cool and fun way to get to know your readers, as well as benefit yourself in the process.

The Most Brilliant Students of Kota Ever

Anuj Nagpal(AIR 190):  This guy was the most intelligent person I ever met. In hostel, he was one of the most fun loving guys, he only used to do the assignments of mathematics (only because it was taught to us by the director of the coaching). Though I was not in his hostel but my closest friends were in his hostel and used to tell me all the stuff they did at night. Late night chats, discussion about random things (which had no relation with JEE at all). There was a time when all feared Nagpal and used to say "Nagpal is gonna come and he is going to spoil our full night." How much You can get by Selling your IIT JEE RANK ??

Shubham Tulsiani says This is quite a common practice among institutes so I would like to address the trends too apart from the personal experiences and I'll also write on one aspect the question didn't explicitly ask  - offers  before  JEE Pre-JEE (class 12th) I had a couple of 'offers' - Some people from Akash Institute came over to my place to 'gift' me books to help me prepare for JEE. All I had to do was - guess what - yes, sign a form ! I was amazed at how insistent they were and despite me saying I didnt need the books and wouldn't sign,  they made me keep the books. They then visited / called me about 5 more times to get my signature (until I finally returned the unused books on their last visit and told my hostel guard to not allow them back).
